Parabens Free Beauty Products
These days there are more and more companies that are coming out with ranges of parabens free shampoos, soaps and so on. Why? Well, it’s because consumers are beoming more aware of the potential negative health effects of these chemicals to our bodies.
The role of parabens in shampoo, for example, is to preserve the shampoo. After all, would you want to wash your hair with shampoo full of mold and bacteria? Probably not. So they are being used for a reason. However, on the down side, there is a suggested link between these chemicals and certain forms of cancer, e.g. breast cancer.
Now, we all know that women love washing their hair. Breast cancer is a big worry for many women these days so it only makes sense to create parabens free hair care products. There are a number of manufacturers of these products including some of the larger cosmetic brands.
